How To Improve Your Golf Swing

Looking for a better swing? Have you considered some grossly overlooked factors that would determine your swing?

You can engage the best coach in the world, have tremendous techniques, but you still don't swing well. Why?

Like all other sports, you need to look into two of the most important factors in it. Strengthening and Stretching.

To achieve a better golf swing, a golfer needs to know justhow physically demanding it is on the human body. You are swinging an object (the golf club) at up to 100kmh. Doesn't it put tremendous amount of pressure on your joints, tendons, ligaments and muscles?

If these parts of your body are weak, tight or brittle, they will rupture, and you will suffer serious injuries. It could not only put your off golf indefinitely, it could also harm your body permanently. If you are lucky and did not get injured, your performance will not be up to par. You do not want to have either of the outcome no? However, it will happen, if you do not place importance on strenthening these areas.

With strengthening comes stretching. Stretching your muscles before any form of exercises are strongly recommended. It is common for you to see golfer stretching before games, MOST golfers don't do proper stretching exercises before games. Don't view stretching exercises as "work", view it as a form of improvement technique, you will notice a difference when you play.

Your golf swing cannot be improved if your golf specific strength and flexibility are ignored. It is impossible. A lot of golfing coaches are not starting to realize there is a connection between having golf swing mechanics and fitness.

If you want to improve your golf swing, learn the proper techniques from your coach and maintain your physical fitness level. This is the best combination for total golf performance. When your physical conditions improved, you will notice that it is much easier to achieve the golf swing mechanics.

You will be in a much better position to do what your coach wants you to do, and the desired outcome will be achieved.

When your body moves better, your golf swing will improve. It is the only way to achieve lasting results and ultimately a better gof swing.
