Do You Have Golf Back Pains

Back pain is such a common complaint in golf and amongst golf players that it seems to affect almost every other golfer we know.

Does golf back pain have something to do with the game? Or are the back pains brought into the game from somewhere else?

While it is common for golfers to experience back pains and related problems way before they set foot on the golf course, there are clear evidence that golf DOES cause back pain. This is especially true for those golfers who do not exercise and condition their bodies for the game.

A reason for many of the back pains complaints is playing the game for long period of time. Many golfers continue to suffer in silence, or rather choose to suffer in silence?

A simple golf specific exercise can permanently cure golf pain for good, it will help golfers gain more endurance playing the day the whole day without experiencing the usual nagging lower back problems that are so common on the course.

A simple "golf pain exercise" does the job of adding endurance and strength to the muscles and makes a tremendous difference in your strength that you will need to experience it to believe it.

How to do the "Golf Pain Exercise"?

1. Lie down flat on your stomach, with your hands by your sides.

2. Raise your chest and upper body, as well as arms and legs, as high as you possibly can. Make sure your stomach is supporting the weight of your entire body.

3. Hold on to the position and count to ten slowly. A good guide would be saying out "one-thousand", "two-thousand", "three-thousand", "four-thousand", "five-thousand" and so on till "ten-thousand".

4. Slowly lower down your upper body, as well as arms and legs.

5. Repeat the exercise for another set.

Repeat this simple exercise for 2 sets daily and it will completely eliminate your lower back pain for good.

Remember, if you are in any doubts, or in any pain, stop the exercise and consult your doctor before doing any further exercises.

By keeping yourself "golfing fit" by doing golf specific exercise program, will keep you free from any golf back pain problems.
